Both ELNEC Undergraduate/New Graduate and ELNEC Graduate are interactive palliative care curricula, providing case studies, testimonials from renown palliative care nurses, and vignettes that showcase the importance of evidence-based practice. Each curricula is designed to meet the recommendations of the 2016 American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Palliative CARES (Competencies and Recommendations for Educating Undergraduate Nursing Students) and the 2019 Graduate CARES documents and will assist nursing students to successfully meet these competencies.
